Upon receiving and inspecting your carnival costume immediately within the Cayman Islands and if it has been damaged and is not fixable by the owner, you must immediately contact us within 24/hrs upon you receiving the product with photos/videos of the damaged areas. You must return the product within 72hrs and a partial monetary refund will be applied to your credit/debit card, deposits are non refundable hence the partial refund. If you are outside of the Cayman Islands and have received a damaged product you must immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24/hrs of your delivery with photos/videos of the damaged areas, you must have the product returned at this address within 30days #18 Apple Blossom Gardens, West Bay, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and until we have received the damaged product and have inspected it, a partial monetary refund will then be applied to your credit/debit card, deposits are non refundable hence the partial refund.
For all items sold by Fantasy Mas, if a product is damaged we will offer a replacement (if there is enough time to get the product before the event day), if it is too late for a replacement, a store credit or a partial refund will be applied to your credit/debit card, deposits are non refundable hence the partial refund. Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since you receiving the product and you have not made a claim regarding damaged products, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit, a refund, or a product replacement. To be eligible for store credit or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept refunds or replacements on products that are intimate or sanitary goods (for example, panties or stockings)
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, that has additional damages or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and for the Cayman Islands residents, if any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery will be rejected, for customers outside of the Cayman Islands if any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will also be rejected and no refund, replacement or store credit will be offered. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or partial refund. If you are approved, then your store credit or partial refund will be processed. Please allow up to 30 days for your partial refund to be applied to your credit/debit card. Your store credit will automatically be applied to your account within a timely matter.
Unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be refunded or returned. For exchanges (if applicable) you will be given an option of store credit or exchange for same item or another item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a return label and or you can send your item to: #18 Apple Blossom Gardens, West Bay, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: #18 Apple Blossom Gardens, West Bay, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
COVID 19 / IN THE EVENT THAT CARNIVAL MAY CANCEL FOR 2021
(This section only applies to carnival costumes)
In the event that carnival may cancel for 2021, you may choose to either get a full refund or receive a full store credit for future use. Some conditions do apply to this. For example, if carnival is scheduled in August but was cancelled within 2.5 months before the carnival date, only a store credit can be applied for future use because your funds have already been used for your costume. If carnival was cancelled before the 2.5 months from the carnival date and no funds were used to produce your costume then a full refund back to your credit/debit card can be applied.
